I found this video few days ago. After few googling, I figure out from Wikipedia that I Love the World is an advertising campaign launched by Discovery Channel this year (must be recently) in promotion of their new tagline: “The World is Just… Awesome”. Makes me smile everytime I hear its distinctive “boom-de-yadda, boom-de-yadda”. Indeed, despite all the conflicts, ugly polictics, disasters, diseases, etc… our world is just simply AWESOME.

I must admit, Discovery channel has market itself well this time. I love it so much. And the way Hawking says“boom-de-yadda” is simply wow.

Ele ,one of the X-Philes out there, has compiled a pretty decent list of X-Files related song. Dedicated to his latest victim ‘Karen, who I made obsessed with the show less than 6 months ago and who has seen every single episode more than once by now.‘, the compilation features 16 songs Ele likes the most. She even made the cover for the compilation.

I am just glad Ele realized that she knows ‘there are more songs out there but I selected those 16 songs I like the most. They reach from 90s pop, country, hip hop to punk and rock so I’m sure you at least dislike one song. ‘ I am not even sure if the songs listed are official especially if some of the song has lyrics like this…
